OVERTIME PAYMENTS:
Overtime Payments…Have client text 816-225-5246 to confirm additional overtime. Client can
pay artist at event or request an additional invoice for overtime.
All other payments should be paid in full to The Fine Tooners before the event. Balance is due 10
days before the event unless other arrangements have been made with The Fine Tooners
representative.

MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT
Materials and Equipment provided by artist unless discussed. The Caricature artist will provide
paper and card stock is part of the hourly fee unless specialty preprinted paper is bought by
client. Face Painters and Airbrush Tattoo supplies also provided by artists. Client should provide
3 chairs for caricature artists, one for artist and two for the couple she/he will be drawing. Client
should let The Fine Tooners agent know if the artist will need to bring lighting for event if mood
lighting being used.

Client to provide tent or shade if ourdoor events. Caricaturists/Face Painters/Airbrush Tattoo
and additional services to have a break if gig is over 3 hours in length. Please discuss this point.

RAIN OR SHINE
RAIN OR SHINE POLICY: If your event cancels a week in advance no penalty payment due. 3
days in advance half due. Same day as event – full payment would be due. IF Rain Date is
discussed and agreed upon in advance client can move event within 3 calendar months.
NOTE: WEATHER TEMPERATURES....for outdoor events temperatures can affect the artist. ____
hot ____cold will require being moved inside.
